Q: As a patient, can I order orthotics directly from Kevin Orthotics?
A: No, prior to ordering a pair of custom orthoses a patient must receive a thorough biomechanical evaluation from a health care professional. This examination determines the type of device and correction that will accommodate each patients specific needs. All of our products are custom molded to the contours of the patients foot. This requires casting by a knowledgable and qualified health care practitioner. Please feel free to call customer service, 877-767-3338, and we will recommend a practitioner in your area.
Q: Is there a break-in process with my orthotics?
A: For complete instructions please refer to your prescribing practitioner. Typically, it will take 10 days for a patient to become accustomed to your new orthotics. Be sure that your orthotics fit flat and level in your shoes.
