- Charcot deformities of the foot and/or ankle

- Fractures of the distal tibia

- Neuropathic conditions of the foot & ankle

- Severe ankle instability

- Trans-metatarsal amputation

- Chopart amputation

- Symes amputation

- Adult acquired flatfoot stage III & IV

- Mild to severe PTTD (Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction)

- Talocalcaneal varus or valgus

- Mild to moderate DJD (Degenerative Joint Disease)

- Ankle instability

- Mild to severe pronation

- Mild to severe supination


- Custom molded 4-6 mm polypropylene

- Top grade calf leather

- Removable and adjustable insert

Casting Instructions

90 degree cast above the height of finished Tundra Boot with optimal knee relationship to the foot is required for optimal fit.  Toes should be slightly hyperextended, causing a natural rocker of the forefoot.  Inclusion of a weight bearing tracing of the foot in addition to casting is required.
